We bieden twee verschillende verzendmethoden:
- Standaard verzending (5-8 werkdagen)
- Gratis Standaard verzending (5-8 werkdagen)

Gemiddeld worden bestellingen verzonden binnen 24-48 uur. De verzendtijd begint nadat je bestelling is verzonden. Raadpleeg hieronder onze prijslijst.

Dus als je €29,95 of meer in je winkelwagen hebt, kun je kiezen voor gratis verzending.

Wanneer je een bestelling plaatst op de website, beginnen we de producten in te pakken. Voordat de producten worden ingepakt, voeren we een standaard kwaliteitscontrole uit om ervoor te zorgen dat je geen defecte, beschadigde of te kleine producten ontvangt.

Normaal gesproken wordt je bestelling binnen 24 uur verzonden. Klanten met adresfouten in hun verzendgegevens worden zo snel mogelijk op de hoogte gebracht, zodat we de bestelling zo snel mogelijk kunnen verwerken en verzenden. We moedigen alle klanten aan om hun verzend- en factuurgegevens zorgvuldig te controleren voordat ze een bestelling plaatsen om mogelijke vertragingen te voorkomen. Controleer regelmatig je e-mail voor actuele verzendinformatie.

We verzenden van maandag tot zaterdag, behalve op zondagen en feestdagen. We kunnen geen levering op zondag garanderen. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met een trackinglink. In geval van vertragingen houden we je via e-mail op de hoogte en vergoeden we eventuele schade.

Je pakket kan een handtekening vereisen. De meeste pakketten worden afgeleverd in de brievenbus of bij de voordeur van het opgegeven adres, maar het is aan de bezorger om te beslissen of het veilig is om het pakket buiten achter te laten. Als hij het als onveilig beschouwt, zal hij het pakket bij een nabijgelegen postkantoor bewaren of op een ander tijdstip versturen. Het is het beste om een leveringsadres op te geven waarvan je weet dat jij of iemand anders het pakket kan ontvangen (bijvoorbeeld je werkadres of het adres van een vriend).
